The Marketing Manager/Assistant Marketing Director’s main responsibility is to provide creative and analytical insight into all of Joe Manausa Real Estate's internet-based and traditional marketing efforts. The ideal candidate understands and has a PASSION for all aspects of marketing. 

This person MUST be an IDEA GENERATOR with a history of success in previous marketing endeavors and who has shown that they excel both creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, high-intensity sales organization.

The Assistant Marketing Director is a DAILY GRINDER. This is not a position for the weak-at-heart… A strong will and burning desire to succeed at the highest levels is an absolute prerequisite.

Responsibilities

Must meet these minimum requirements: 

  • Experience with Web Analytics
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing programs
  • Effective understanding of how sales and marketing work together 
  • Technical proficiency with google sheets/docs and marketing related applications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years marketing experience
  • Experience in developing and driving social media campaigns
  • Experience and knowledge of organic search engine optimization as well as paid search campaigns

Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience and talent)
