Marketing Manager needed for a top-ranking Real Estate team in Haverford, PA. Seeking a high-energy, positive, results-driven marketing professional to manage and execute the team’s marketing plan. Marketing Manager will oversee and execute each component of the team’s marketing plan, the marketing plan for each team listing, all lead generation programs, and the systems to track and cultivate leads. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond, is excited about the opportunity for growth and expansion, and who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

This person must be friendly, professional, and positive, with the ability to work well with others and alone—in a very fast-paced environment. This position will be an integral part of the management team and will report to the owners of the company. It is important that this individual is upbeat, considers themselves to be a perfectionist, extremely computer savvy, and someone who welcomes constructive criticism as a tool for growth. This person will be somebody who has a big vision for team growth and expansion. Must be competitive in nature and love to win. Most importantly this person will possess a positive, “can do” attitude and will bring a sense of fun to the team. 

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate and graphic design; however, this is not a requirement. Candidate should have a proven track record of creating marketing materials and implementing effective marketing strategies, expertise in digital and social media marketing (including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience with producing video is a plus. Experience with Macs is a plus.  

This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". They will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver, will work well in both a team setting and independently. The right candidate will be persistent in following-up, and proactive with finding solutions and new-and-improved marketing strategies for team growth. 


Compensation:

  • Salary Range is $40,000 - $60,000, based on experience.  
  • Bonus Possibilities - Considered after a 90-day period. 
  • Paid Time Off - vacation plus holidays. Vacation time earned after 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the team brand and full real estate marketing plan, as well as its components 
  • Managing and executing the marketing plan for each listing 
  • Managing all sales and marketing technology and systems 
  • Overseeing and being lead administrator for team’s CRM system 
  • Training new agents and employees on all relevant technology 
  • Maintaining and executing current marketing processes and systems; updating and developing new-and-improved marketing processes and systems
  • Designing marketing materials for each listing and for team brand, as needed
  • Developing, implementing, and executing new-and-improved social media plan 
  • Producing and shooting team promotional and educational videos 
  • Maintaining relationships with marketing vendors 
  • Developing new vendor opportunities 
  • Scheduling and coordinating photography for listings 
  • Creating and implementing system for tracking advertising expenditures and ROI 
  • Strong IT skills are necessary 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related degree 
  • Extensive knowledge in social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns 
  • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including: CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc.  
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload 
  • Creative problem solving skills 
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to improve team marketing and drive additional business and leads to the team


Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 per year + Possible Bonus Opportunities
