We are growing and looking for an energetic and passionate individual experienced and excited about the marketing world. The right candidate will be responsible for managing projects for multiple businesses. Daily activities consist of driving higher engagement across all platforms, revising and updating websites for continued growth and access, coordinating marketing and sales strategies, establishing and evaluating metrics, and assisting in the coordination of promotional materials. Develop and maintain productive referral relationships in the community, representing the organization with the utmost level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions (other duties may be assigned):

  • Develop and maintain rapport and relationships with key, productive referral sources
  • Participate in the coordination and development of email campaigns for both members and prospects
  • Oversee company newsletters content and distribution
  • Manage legal software(LegalGEN) onboarding, training, and promotional process
  • Network and participate in community events to help build a positive reputation and brand awareness for the home
  • Maintain positive relationships with current members and their staff
  • Help develop marketing collateral for both businesses
  • Liaise with vendors to build and maintain the website
  • Maintain good attendance, arrive on time ready and prepared to perform job functions daily

 
Non-essential Job Functions (performed on an infrequent basis):

  • Assist the Director of Operations with event coordination as needed
  • Proofread copy, presentations, and other materials as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field with at least 2-3 years of related sales and/or business development experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and follow through
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team setting

Compensation
$45,000 - $56,000 yearly
