Professional Realty Services International is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development of the PRS’s brand and lead generation efforts. 

For the past 16 years, we’ve grown primarily through word-of-mouth referrals, but are looking to rapidly scale our marketing efforts across all digital marketing channels. 

As the first in-house marketing hire to join PRS, you’d be responsible for implementing our marketing strategy from the group up, with support from our fractional CMO who has already started to lay the groundwork.

This is an 8 AM-5 PM "In Office" Position in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Compensation starting at $75,000+ (depending on experience).

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Growing the Professional Realty Services International brand through storytelling 
  • Developing, implementing, and managing lead generation campaigns
  • Supporting our recruitment efforts to bring new Agent Partners to PRS 
  • Collaborating with and eventually leading a team of freelancers, agencies, or new internal marketing hires to drive results 
  • Identifying potential new markets and opportunities for expansion efforts

Oversees Day-to-Day Marketing Operations 

  • Helps drive the vision for the entire Marketing division with support and collaboration from the CEO and other leadership
  • Ensures all teams in the department are operating efficiently and effectively to consistently produce high-quality deliverables, on time and with no issues
  • Proactively manages capacity needs of the discipline with regards to hiring freelancers, agencies, or internal marketing staff 
  • Reviews and manages expenses and budgets, including seeking opportunities to reduce expenses, ensuring we're maximizing all of our investments, and ensuring trends align with expectations
  • Makes decisions on behalf of the team and discipline from an operational perspective
  • Supports all Vendor Relationships with each department to ensure all Vendors are aligned across every Marketing Department

Grow Revenue

  • Maintain and optimize the inbound lead management process 
  • Bring unparalleled creativity in implementing marketing strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that power revenue growth on new channels
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to identify and expand the highest ROI initiatives
  • Identify and execute strategic partner revenue initiatives
  • Integrate marketing and branding in the entire client experience
  • Track all lead sources; understand and uncover trends, then disseminate findings to the rest of the Marketing Division; updating and pivoting trends as needed
  • Calculate and generate the number of leads at the top of the funnel to achieve the new revenue goals and maintain sufficient sales pipeline levels
  • Support all Demand and Brand projects, assuring alignment across the Marketing Division

Strengthen the PRS International Brand

  • Raise awareness of the PRS International brand through social media, press, improved SEO/SEM, retargeting, digital ad campaigns, events, conferences, magazine ads, etc. No marketing channel is off the table
  • Manage the creation and dissemination of marketing materials that promote the PRS brand, story, impact, and mission

Optimize Marketing Systems and Processes

  • Evaluate and optimize marketing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and improved measurement of ROI
  • Review, maintain and improve the attribution model
  • Regularly report on the impact of each lead source, campaign, and event in aggregate and individually
  • Set the annual Marketing budget with support from the CEO/COO/CFO and execute within that budget
  • Work with Analytics to create reporting dashboards to have clear insights into everything above and create regular checkpoints to "tell the story" behind the data
  • Leveraging and expanding the remarkable reputation that PRS has established

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Well-versed in inbound marketing strategies and tactics (content, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.) 
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing data
  • Scrappy with marketing technology: you can create a tech stack and make it all work together through integrations and Zapier 
  • You have a growth mindset and are a problem solver at heart. You’re an excellent researcher and can teach yourself anything
