Here We Grow Again! We are seeking a talented highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through graphic design, digital, and traditional marketing efforts.

Please only apply if you do have proven experience with Analytics, graphic design, social media, website management. Event planning and implementation are helpful. 

This position is charged with accelerating the expansion and use of social media channels as well as bringing a high degree of creativity to our existing methods. It requires tight interaction with the marketing, customer service, operations, sales, outside vendors, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand and to achieve overall goals. 

Applicant should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities that social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical, while knowledge of real estate functions is a bonus. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. 

In addition to assisting the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator with marketing, branding, and social media efforts, this position will also share a role in maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; and organizing community outreach events in accordance with our mission. This is an integral position within our company.

This is a full-time position. The hours are Mon-Fri with an occasional weekend need.

  • Analyze the performance of all marketing forums to better optimize and reporting of such.
  • Organize and document all marketing campaigns.
  • Develop interesting, unique, and engaging content for multiple social media platforms. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, IG, and more.
  • Assist in designing graphics for property listings, special events, social media, and websites.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by the marketing team into the final design.
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
  • Meet with the Operations Manager, Sales, and Social Media Coordinator to determine the scope of a project.
  • Determine the message the design should portray and ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent with the brand.
  • Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with website management including written and digital content, redesign as needed, SEO development, and tracking analytics.
  • Assist with maintaining all social media channels (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates for multiple companies.
  • Assist with planning, implementation, and organizing team events and markets across all social media channels.
  • Event planning/coordination of real estate team and event venue.


  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years of graphic design, social media or equivalent experience with a portfolio to back it.
  • Must be computer literate and know the programs necessary to perform the duties of the position.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps including, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Knowledgeable about print media specifications, responsive digital designs, and large format display advertising.
  • MUST have social media and/or event planning experience.
  • Must have a working knowledge of how to analyze and optimize data.
  • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Must be a thinker and innovative.
  • Management experience is a plus.


  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing/brand management in an agency or real estate sales environment or marketing degree.
  • Social media expertise.
