Marketing Director, for The Kim Arenas Team at COMPASS. A top real estate team serving the Sound Shore communities of Westchester County, New York. This position is fast-paced, positive, and requires an energetic, growth mindset. You must work well with others and be capable of learning and using the dynamic Compass Marketing platform.

As Marketing Director, your expertise lies in your creativity and execution in a fast-paced environment. You constantly think of ways to improve the marketing capabilities of the team and its team members. You will provide vital account services and marketing strategy support for agents of the team. You will implement efficient processes for the team’s marketing efforts and own new strategies to continue to push the team’s sales. The Marketing Director oversees the marketing efforts, and social media channels as well as measures ROI to track opportunities and successes. The Marketing Director will partner with agents to advertise new listings, as well as promote the Team and its agents to grow their businesses. The Marketing Director develops, sends, and analyzes monthly email newsletters in addition to partnering with team members to create compelling print, digital and experiential marketing campaigns.

  • Must have a great work ethic, present well, and have a positive attitude; possess common sense with the ability to think outside the box.

  • Ability to always maintain the utmost level of discretion and privacy and be a team player.
  • This is a full-time commitment, with the expectation that you are available to work occasional weekends, attend team meetings and assist the team in all aspects of the business when needed. The team’s goal is to offer high-level, concierge-style service to all our clients, while maintaining a sense of community and hospitality amongst its team members.

This role will be 40 hours a week with some weekend hours/availability.


  • Evaluate key areas of responsibility and implement marketing improvements, working with the team to identify and execute best practices in structuring an efficient workflow
  • Create branded marketing and advertising print collateral + merchandise
  • Work closely with the team to implement new marketing strategies and best practices
  • Advise on advertising opportunities and marketing budgeting & spending for the team
  • Work closely with the Dir of Operations to track all marketing expenses, budget and evaluate the best use of market spending


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Admin/marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Google Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Experience with social media/online marketing platforms
  • Impeccable time management and prioritization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • The expectation of confidentiality in all business matters
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of marketing channels (print, digital, social, content, direct mail, video, paid media, etc.)

$40,000 - $48,000 yearly
