Imagine leading the charge in designing, strategizing, and overseeing the implementation of sequential online marketing initiatives, funnels, and campaigns.

Now imagine you get to build your own team consisting of designers, copywriters, content creators, and automation specialists to see it through. 

You will be responsible for developing and constantly refining the marketing strategies and initiatives needed to achieve goals.

You will own and be tasked with continually improving on a WOW! prospect journey from the initial touch point to the sale, and then developing value ladders for existing clients. 

You will serve as the final strategic and brand consistency oversight over all new and existing marketing projects and promotions to ensure EXCELLENCE. 

You will be a real driver in the organization, a team leader who will report campaign stats/ROI/KPIs directly to the CEO.

You will be responsible for developing and constantly refining the ongoing lead generation marketing strategies and initiatives needed to achieve this company’s Big Hairy Audacious Goals.

You will own and be tasked with continually improving on a WOW! prospect journey from the initial touch point to the sale, and then developing value ladders for existing clients. 

You will serve as the final strategic and brand consistency oversight over all new and existing marketing projects and promotions to ensure EXCELLENCE. 

You will be a real driver in the organization, a team leader who will collect and report campaign stats/ROI/KPIs directly to the CFO and founders of the company.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Strategizing, designing, leading, and managing marketing campaigns and strategies for various projects utilizing a multitude of marketing channels (mainly online but some could be offline). 
  • Managing marketing team members and freelance agents that support marketing efforts and initiatives. 
  • Create all project scopes, frameworks, and strategy plans for marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Communicate and collaborate with the marketing team around all projects and ensure tasks for campaigns and initiatives are completed and executed on time.
  • Uncovering and developing unique messaging, offers, and positioning for current services offered (and new ones when they come down the pipeline).
  • Managing automated marketing funnels (lead generation, sales, and promotions) with multiple steps and pathways. 
  • Writing various copy for lead generation pages, sales pages, websites, emails, newsletters, social, Facebook ads, etc. 
  • Identifying marketing talent needed moving forward…Then help to attract and qualify the right talent for your “dream marketing” team.
  • Developing follow-up sequences and strategies for various segmented lists. 
  • Loading, scheduling, and managing email campaigns in CRM; reporting on open rates, unsubscribes, and split testing various subject lines.    
  • Developing and adhering to a 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month marketing calendar.
  • Evaluating, and measuring stats, ROIs, and KPIs using analytics tools on all marketing activities, campaigns, social accounts, and promotional activities. 
  • Reporting all stats, ROIs, and KPIs to the CFO and founders of the company on a regular basis
  • Strategizing and implementing different tests to Improve the cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and the lifetime value of a client. 
  • Ensuring all messaging and strategies are cohesive and optimized across all channels. 
  • Helping create value-add marketing assets including: videos, ebooks, lead magnets, etc., and leverage across multiple channels. 
  • Managing and increasing engagement across multiple social media platforms (including creating and scheduling posts, managing messages, and executing engagement strategies). 
  • Collaborate with marketing talent to create unique and WOW! online and offline prospect and client experiences. 
  • Create digital marketing assets and collateral for social, websites, paid media, and other relevant marketing campaigns and maintain them in an organized and easy-to-use library.
  • SOP processes and procedures for the marketing department.  

Qualifications

Required Experience: 

  • 5+ years in direct response marketing
  • 3+ years experience in a leadership position (managing projects, team members, and contractors)
  • Direct experience creating, managing, and leveraging content on social media
  • Direct experience with CRMs and automated database email marketing campaigns
  • Direct experience creating and managing marketing strategies and campaigns
