We are in need of an energetic self-starter who can confidently represent our brand and make an immediate impact on our Marketing Department. Our Marketing Department is a 'start up' mentality within an established company. The main objective of this position is to build out our Marketing department infrastructure, create processes, document procedures and help collaborate in building our Marketing Department team structure. This individual will be highly organized, a creative self-starter, and will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across key marketing platforms. This role will be responsible for working with our Product team to enhance our company website and implement a new ESP (HubSpot). In addition to maintaining and growing our local and online community to create a household name, this candidate must be able to engage professionally at consumer events in order to achieve maximum potential for the business and act in a brand champion role to help engage sales staff, cross-functional teams, and potential clients.

If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and put in the work, this role will have the opportunity to grow into the Head of Marketing, which will build our Marketing team from the ground up. This role will play a pivotal part in our company's growth.

This position is not a remote position.

$80,000 - $100,000 base salary, plus $10,000 bonus potential per year.

• Develop and execute a strategy for new email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
• Manage a database of 100,000+ clients
• Adept at evaluating marketing strategy and identifying inefficiencies
• Work alongside our Software Development team to enhance our website and targeting
• Manage, coordinate, and attend online educational real estate events and seminars
• Tenacious and enterprising approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
• Outstanding communication, excellent storytelling, verbal and written skills
• Passion for growing social media accounts, creating online brand presence and awareness
• Ability to meet email marketing goals and metrics. Focus on urgency and delivery
• Graphic design and content creation
• Manage and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns including SEO
• Strong Project Management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors
• Develop and maintain marketing budget
• Willing to work from the ground up and build a Marketing team

• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Passion for Real Estate and Investment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Expert user in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
• Database management via CRM and HubSpot or comparable platforms required
• Lead and grow our tribe of real estate leaders
• Build something bigger than yourself with the help of a down-to-earth team
• Experience with SEO
