SMALL LAW FIRM SEEKING MARKETING MANAGER
Law Offices of Adam Dayan, PLLC, located in New York City, is dedicated to protecting the rights of children with special needs. We represent parents in pursuing appropriate educational programs and services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Our law firm is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will work directly with the Owner to manage the firm’s marketing projects.
We are a small firm with BIG GOALS and a lot of development. To meet our goals and communicate our unique value to current clients, potential clients, and within our firm, we need marketing skills.
You’ll work with our Owner, Operations Director, sales team, and vendors to develop and implement marketing aimed not just towards developing future clients, but also marketing that supports the full client lifecycle, support our recruiting programs, communicate with our employees, and helps us reach the many professionals who refer clients to us.
Our Marketing Manager will start off as a Department of One and will at first wear many marketing hats.
You’ll need to be able to take the ideas of our team and run with them, as well as present strategies of your own. You’ll create paid advertising campaigns; support and market our podcast; support our website designer and improve SEO; create and run drip campaigns in MailChimp or a CRM system; design and support physical mailing campaigns; work with HR on recruitment campaigns; establish vendor relationships; and work with us to set up speaking engagements, webinars, and other networking and marketing chances. As we develop, you will work with the Operations Director to create your department.
TO APPLY, FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING PROCESS: (We are serious about this. Following instructions is important for a Marketing Manager who is supposed to help us execute our marketing visions.) Submit a resume, and cover letter, and complete all questions.
Your cover letter should address the following points:
Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
Our team is passionate about helping children with special needs, about collaborating with team members to fulfill a mission that is bigger than ourselves, about achieving professional and personal growth, and about building our law firm so that we can reach as many families as possible. Our team members care about getting to know each other, learning about each other’s interests, celebrating happy occasions, growing together professionally and personally, and helping each other feel supported through difficult times. We care deeply about what our clients are going through and we go overboard to keep clients informed.
