We are looking for a creative, driven and focused self starter with experience marketing brands, digital advertising, social media advertising and a great eye for design.
- Creating a marketing plan/schedule for properties and activities. (We don't want to micro manage you)
- Establish budget, track spending and ROI. (You will be the boss of this department)
- Attract new followers and connections via social channels and networks. (lead generation)
- Draft newsletters and templates, write property narratives, create calls to action for posts and print. (stay front and center with our clients)
- Design and manage digital marketing campaigns. (Once again lead generation)
- Write scripts for blog and video posts that share stories about the inventory, the market, and the community
- Plan and execute signature client events
- Create and manage client and referral gift campaigns
You should have....
- At least 4 years of experience working in marketing
- Should be a college graduate.
- Experience running social media campaigns
- Experience running digital advertising campaigns
- Strong copy writer
- an eye for design
- And a can do it attitude
