Our company specializes in finding distressed landlords who own buildings (multi-family’s) and\or distressed buildings (multi-family’s) through public records data. We are looking for a detailed oriented person who understands the power of processing and tracking big data by multichannel engagements methods such: cold calling, cold email, SMS/whatsapp marketing, and social media targeting. To increase the engagement with our target audience, optimize the marketing process and manage the marketing team


  • Manage BIG data, filter data to company’s CRM (SalesForce) by “Pain Points”
  • Run Lead Generation campaigns via SMS, Called Calling, Email Marketing & Letters
  • Create a smooth and accountable Lead Generation process for the Acquisition & Disposition Departments
  • Develop lead scoring models and assess the performance of lead sources to evaluate ROI
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts across the end-to-end processes, effectively supporting demand generation
  • Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns and workflows to increase leads creation
  • Track campaign results, measure success, and report key metrics
  • Test and optimize content for CTAs, landing pages, etc
  • Optimize spend across channels based on lead quantity and quality
  • Define and implement repeatable processes to expand the targeted account program across all strategic accounts
  • Manager multiple VA’s (Called Callers, Texters, Lead Managers)
  • Work closely with Acquisition & Disposition Managers in order to prove the funneling process
  • Manage digital marketing & Social Media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Google Ads projects.
  • Manage company’s website


  • Strong proficiency in marketing technology: LinkedIn, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEO skills (a bonus)
  • Implementing Marketing SOP's within Salesforce CRM
  • Targeting and Retargeting campaigns on Social Media and Google
  • 2+ years of experience in developing highly targeted marketing campaigns
  • Integrated marketing program planning, execution, and reporting experience
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to drive both planning and execution
  • Proven experience with measuring and optimize KPI's
  • Experience with digital marketing, including paid media and paid social programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working directly with sales teams and customers
  • Proven experience with managing lead generation campaigns through Whatsapp, SMS, Cold Calling and Video Messaging
  • Proven track record of garnering results for a wide variety of industries
  • Google & Facebook Ads Expert and/or Certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Seasoned project management skills; highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic, tactical, and analytical responsibilities
