Must be a self-starter who works well both on their own, as well as in a group setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology, love building and promoting brand awareness, be a little geeky about metrics and have great interpersonal skills to help develop and maintain referral partner relationships.

Responsibilities
- Experience in the following is preferred, especially in digital marketing and managing social media accounts, and this list is always evolving:
- Developing marketing plans with strategies and tactics to ensure the Firm meets its revenue goals
- Creating and implementing marketing metrics systems to track results and provide data-driven feedback to inform decisions
- Managing and measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools
- Managing Firm social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google+)
- Selecting and project managing outside vendors on ongoing marketing projects
- Working with writers and graphic artists and overseeing copywriting, design, layout, and production of marketing items consistent with the Firm’s brand
- Writing and posting blogs
- Updating and editing websites
- Utilizing CRM and mass email platforms
- Recording and editing vlogs
- Organizing speaking and social events
- Working with vendors on promotional materials
- Monitoring SEO efforts
- Launching optimized online ads through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase firm and brand awareness
- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Qualifications
Skills
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Assistant or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns
- Experience in developing relationships with referral partners and B2B marketing efforts
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BS/BA in marketing or relevant field
The Marketing position is full-time.
