We are a dynamic and growing family owned real estate brokerage with 5 offices located across Houston. We believe in having fun, building relationships and treating team members like family. We are seeking an individual who can plan and execute our vision for our multiple office locations as the role of Marketing Manager to provide a top-notch customer experience to our agents.

Responsibilities

  • Build existing relationships with our agents
  • A smile, upbeat personality, and ready to be a team player
  • Develop a marketing plan to increase the exposure of the local offices
  • Develop marketing materials to educate and attract consumers to the homeownership process
  • Assist in increasing office attendance through marketing efforts
  • Post and create content regularly on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and more
  • Open to mentoring others on social media platforms
  • Maintain a clean and organized office
  • Greet guests and agents and answer phones with a smile!
  • Special Projects and more

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing, online marketing, email marketing
  • Previous experience in customer service and good communication skills
  • Real Estate experience is a plus

Compensation
$15 - $20 hourly
