PRMI has an opening for a Marketing Manager - Customer Engagement and Marketing Automation.  

This position is located in Hendersonville, TN.

Position Purpose 

You should be someone who’s passionate about marketing and providing a first-class customer experience that can engage our customers, drive revenue, and build brand loyalty.  You must possess a strong understanding of email marketing principles, triggered campaigns, email testing, and optimizing performance.  As well as have experience in social media marketing for growth.  You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer journeys as part of our marketing automation programs.  This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation, and data interrogation.

We believe in being with our customers through each step of their loan process, and even after.  We have been busy building and compiling the right processes, people, and technology to go hand-in-hand with our exceptional customer engagement.  Having cutting-edge technology only helps if you can use it… we are now looking for that ideal person to leverage the rich data sets we have along with the technology platforms we have been building to help take our team to the next level.  

Do you know how to leverage data and customer signals to chart out the optimal path to loyalty across these and other services?  Do you know how these paths differ for customers based on their persona?  What marketing channels are most efficient to take them on those journeys?  And, what are the best ways to frame this path, test the right channels/message/offers, and then automate those end-to-end?  These and several other exciting challenges are expected to be led and solved by this person, along with our leadership and consulting team. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner.
  • Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability.
  • Implement marketing strategies using customer relationship management (CRM) software for lead generation and sales. 
  • Defining customer journeys to grow loyalty and automate it end-to-end.  
  • Research marketing automation products, and other effective technology to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with consultant, division president, and other team members.
  • Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting.
  • Achieve marketing growth objectives. 
  • Provide training for new and existing users, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong technology skills, including experience using marketing automation software, are a must.
  • Experience utilizing social media platforms for marketing and growth purposes is a must.
  • 3+ years of experience working in CRM, customer engagement, loyalty, digital marketing, analytics.
  • Prior experience in real estate desired, but not mandatory.
  • Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting and solutions led approach.
  • Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing and sales cycle.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, both directly and indirectly, with proven ability to work with outside vendors and/or freelancers.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Exceptional at prioritizing and focusing on the highest-value opportunities. 
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, growth-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge base.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 (Base Salary + Bonuses)
