We are searching for a highly innovative and well-rounded marketer who can develop a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy. The person selected must deliver True Realty’s value proposition to potential buyers and sellers wherever they are in the customer journey. The Marketing and Integrations Manager will need to be versed in traditional and digital channels, creating campaigns, and measuring effectiveness. The person will play a significant role in selecting and managing technology to enable effective multichannel client communication.
This is a hands-on role with a rapidly growing business, so we need someone that can strategize, execute, and hit the ground running. We expect you to be a social media guru and know how to use social listening tools. Knowledge of ad creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting is critical. Measuring results is essential to us! You also need to be comfortable with lead generation accountability and grasp the customer journey in real estate. The person must deliver leads to the business and plan how we connect with people once they are in our CRM. How do we effectively communicate, educate and eventually turn them into a customer? What channels are the most effective? You need to have your finger on the pulse of the True Realty customer!
We are also looking for a kind, thoughtful person with a real-world understanding of the customer's perception of our marketing. Additionally, the Director of Marketing will develop best practices and systems to positively impact agent branding and train new agents, enabling them to become social influencers within their community.
Who you’ll work with:
You will report to our Chief Operation Office regarding ad performance, lead reporting, and social media engagement, and budgeting You will also interact daily with our Owner and Managing Broker, collaborating on new marketing strategies, technology, and long-term lead follow-up marketing effectiveness. Lastly, you’ll encourage, support, and train our Sales Agents on content creation and calendars to help them become social influencers to the communities they represent
