The person we hire for this job will be responsible for creating all of our real estate team marketing materials. If you enjoy design and have a good eye, this will be the perfect job for you! We intend on our new hire using Canva or a similar program for daily creating content for our mailers, email campaigns, and social media. This is not a remote position as much of the job involves interaction with the team and its leadership as well as printing, cutting, mailing. We are very fast pace and encourage everyone on our team to have a growth mindset. Our new hire will also be our event planner/coordinator. We are very committed to finding the ideal team player, someone who is humble, hungry, and smart.

Experience in graphic design and/or hosting events would be great but certainly not required. As long as you are coachable and have an eye for design, we can teach you the rest!

Responsibilities

Content Creator

  • Create JPEGS to be used on social media for all new listings, open houses, sales pending, sold, etc
  • Create/Print Listing Booklets for each new listing
  • Create/ print flyer and arrange for distribution of flyers as needed
  • Create and send a monthly mailer to a database of 1,500-2,000 households
  • Create and send monthly mailer (8,000 pieces) to Kearney School District Homes 
  • Create and send monthly database emails
  • As needed, send 1 yr Home Anniversary cards
  • As needed, Send gift cards to those who have provided online reviews
  • Manage business Facebook and Instagram account creating content and posting daily on each
  • Maintain Stock of pre-made Buyer and Seller Folders and Agent Guides
  • Create and Order Office materials including folders, thank you cards, and branded merchandise
  • Create all branded material as needed 

Client and Team Event Coordinator (4 client events and 4 team events annually)

  • Create and execute a contact plan for each event
  • Create and send mail/email invitations 
  • Set up website for signup and create social media event page
  • Responsible for planning and executing logistics, supplies, vendors, entertainment, event space, etc
  • Coordinate with the leadership team for all details of the events
  • Responsible for all details day of the event and creating the WOW factor for team members and their clients 

Administrative Assistant Duties

  • Update Scoreboard numbers Monday morning
  • Update leadership on overdue tasks daily
  • Post daily call summary
  • Miscellaneous Administrative Duties as assigned need

Qualifications

  • A team player who is humble, hungry, and people smart
  • An eye for design and creativity
  • Experience with Canva to Adobe Creative Suite
  • Self-starter with great organizational skills
  • Portfolio of previous work/examples
