We are looking for a brilliant Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level, someone who is ready to become the driving force behind our comprehensive marketing strategy and brand name. 

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing all marketing initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate must be able to work at a quick pace, multitask and prioritize efficiently to meet deadlines and multiple requests.

Compensation:

  • $60,000 to $80,000/Year (Salary + Bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Managing all facets of marketing including social media pages, e-campaigns, referral campaigns, direct mailers, etc. (Overseeing and quality control on all ads that are posted) 
  • Review existing social media platforms and develop recommendations for each platform
  • Text and email list management
  • Develop audience growth strategies
  • Managing and updating the company’s website (Blog, FAQ, etc.)
  • Creating automations
  • Ensure a targeted and consistent brand message is conveyed on each platform and is consistent with all other marketing materials developed
  • Bring new ideas to the organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves

Qualifications

  • Marketing experience with expertise in various social media outlets 
  • Experience working in a position with similar responsibilities
  • Facebook and pay-per-click advertising experience
  • Confident self-starter, highly motivated 
  • Strong knowledge of content creation is highly preferred
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and initiative
  • Ability to create and execute a plan
  • Positive attitude and demonstrates a strong work ethic
  • Excellent networking and socializing skills
  • Great attention to detail

Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
