We're looking for a Marketing Manager to grow our brand awareness in the real estate community. The Marketing Manager will look forward to building brand awareness by helping struggling industry professionals both inside and outside of Homestead & Co. Responsibilities will include market research into the struggles or difficulties industry professionals are having, working with Homestead & Co leadership to develop strategies to overcome the struggles or difficulties, then delivering the strategies via multiple media outlets.

• Maintain database of industry professionals
• Mass communications to industry professionals
• Coordinate events and training for industry professionals
• Write and create real estate-related content
• Develop and teach communication systems to existing team members
