The Marketing Manager will be focused on developing branding for properties, real estate agents and teams, and the real estate brokerage. This is a multi-faceted position requiring graphic design experience, general brand development experience, and dexterity in the social media marketing/advertising space.

This individual will use graphic design training and experience to generate effective marketing communication materials, such as the creation and layout of marketing collateral design (catalogs, brochures, training manuals, announcements, infographics, ads, social posts, and photo editing) and will catch typos in copy.

As a lead role, this position manages the communication, project planning, execution, and deliverable of the requested projects. This role works within the design and logistical specifications to prepare print and post-ready files. To effectively perform this job, the technical skills needed are mastering Adobe Creative Suite, Project Management, impeccable time management, organizational skills, and unflappability. Other beneficial skills and experience include familiarity with the printing industry, photography, advertising, and marketing communications.

Responsibilities

  • Generation of effective marketing communication materials, such as the creation and layout of marketing collateral design (flyers, brochures, announcements, infographics, ads, social posts, and photo editing.) 
  • Design, Implement and Oversee measurable multi-faceted marketing/social media campaigns linked to specific business objectives
  • Serve as an advocate for the company in social media spaces, managing blog, engaging in dialogues, and answering questions where appropriate
  • Develop and oversee "menu of marketing services" for property and personal brand marketing for real estate agents
  • Utilize company technology platform to create agent branded templates, customized follow up campaigns, and collateral

Qualifications

  • Experience with content marketing ( developing and publishing)
  • Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator Experience
  • BS in graphic design preferred but not mandatory
  • Must be an innovative thinker adept at working with a variety of personalities
  • Comfortable balancing competing agendas operate with pristine schedule management and attention to deadlines
  • Must be able to operate with few guidelines and restrictions while working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Compensation
$35,000 - $40,000 + Bonus
