We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual who is passionate about marketing to support our top real estate team. This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs while assisting with the development of new innovative initiatives that are aligned with company and client goals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. We are searching for someone who genuinely desires to help others and takes pride in their quality of work. You will be intimately involved in helping our agency communicate the value we bring to clients and our community


  • Oversee all branding, brand messaging, digital marketing, print marketing, advertising, video, and social media to ensure cohesive messaging to attract new clients
  • Work with CEO to develop and implement an annual marketing plan to ensure successful reach in target markets
  • Implement existing marketing campaigns while creating new and exciting ways to engage with our existing clients and while attracting new clients
  • Work closely with Director of Operations, CEO, Compass Marketing Advisors and Designers, Photographers, and Stagers, to market the team and all listings
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our team's Instagram and Facebook audience while increasing engagement


  • Previous experience with social media marketing, digital marketing, print marketing, video marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and fun

$55,000 + bonus
