We are Agent Activator, a consulting firm representing a rapidly growing, top-producing real estate team serving Ann Arbor, MI. The team is experiencing tremendous growth and it’s time to add some high-level marketing talent. We're looking for that rare individual who can conceptualize, create, and execute. Could it be you?

Specifically, we are seeking a Marketing Manager for the team. You'll be tasked with showcasing their inventory of exceptional homes using digital and traditional platforms, designing and implementing campaigns and activities that keep them in front of past, present, and future clients, and promoting their brand and value proposition in and outside the greater Ann Arbor market. You will also manage their CRM, creating content and campaigns to keep them "Top of Mind".

The ideal candidate is highly creative, can work independently, and has experience with graphic design, video, and photo editing. You must possess comfort and competency with all relevant social media sites, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and can self-manage when necessary. You can create messages that sell - and know how to track and measure the impact and results. 

This is a full-time position that will have you reporting to the Team's Director of Operations and working closely with the Team Leader/CEO. Please be prepared to forward samples of your work and a brief intro video if an interview is requested.


  • Creating a marketing plan and delivery schedule for properties and activities.
  • Assist in establishing an annual marketing budget. 
  • Track all marketing spending and measure the ROI.
  • Consistently seek to attract new followers and connections via social channels and networks.
  • Design newsletters and templates, write property narratives, create calls to action for posts, and print.
  • Write and/or curate blog posts that share stories about our inventory, our market, and our local community.
  • Track all inbound inquiries, follow-up, and conversion.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of our signature events.
  • Create and manage client and referral gift campaigns.


  • CRM Experience, writing great emails, and creating drip campaigns.
  • Proficient with Canva or similar platforms.
  • Strong visual and verbal storyteller.
  • Social Media/Inbound Certifications a plus.
  • Team player with a strong desire to contribute to a culture of trust and learning.
  • Can create and execute quickly, shifting priorities at a moment's notice if necessary.

$45,000 - $55,000 annually
