What is it? This is the life’s blood of our organization. If you love thinking holistically about the customer and creating long-term engagement while finding new ways to drive revenue, then you will love this role! You will be the face of the Altitude Homes Team. You’ll be interacting with the Keller Williams Transaction team, our customers, buyer and listing agents, and other administrative staff as required.
You’ll be creating all the marketing efforts we do from our monthly e-mail campaign, our monthly print farming campaign, maintaining our digital presence on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn and others. You’ll be creating marketing campaigns on Facebook and calculating their Return on Investment (ROI). You’ll work with outside vendors to create Google Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns for our website and tracking their ROI. You’ll be tracking the activities of our buyer and listing specialists against our monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
You’ll be developing systems and procedures to ensure client care is at the forefront of what we do every day. You will be working closely with the CEO to ensure that the Altitude Homes Team is running at peak efficiency.
What do I need to have? You need to have endless exuberance to join a team and make it better. If you have your real estate license, even better, but we’ll pay for you to get it if not. You should be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You should be familiar with print and digital marketing concepts and tools. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is a HUGE plus! (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, AfterEffects, Acrobat, etc.) If you have Wordpress experience, even better! Typing at 40+ WPM is really helpful.
