We are looking to hire a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading our company's marketing efforts. You will be trailblazing the company's growth. As such, you already have growth playbooks to use and can step into the role and start moving fast on initiatives. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance for company growth by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and executing marketing efforts, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.

You have experience and a proven track record of driving measured growth within a software startup environment. Experience with long-term inbound content strategies, along with outbound paid strategies for fast and scalable growth. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution of the marketing for the company.

You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share with upsell offers. Finally, you will be in charge of recruiting and managing partner affiliates to promote our products.

This role directly reports to the COO, who has a track record of driving SaaS companies from startup to exit. Training and mentoring with the COO will be included.

  • Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy for both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Execution of those strategies with goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
  • CRM (Hubspot) management
  • Email marketing - email calendar planning, automation, broadcast email management.
  • Vendor recruitment and management.
  • Grow the partner affiliate base and affiliate management.
  • Website optimization, A/B testing, and improving conversion rates.
  • Build sales funnels and promotional offers.
  • Organize on-site training/events and for attending events or sponsorships


  • 5+ years experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
  • Seasoned yet scrappy, ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Proven marketing campaign experience.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing such as paid ads, SEO, and inbound/content marketing.
  • Hubspot or similar CRM experience
