As the Marketing Director, you will support the real estate team by implementing and continually improving systems and procedures to assist the team in reaching their goal of delivering a personalized experience to each of our clients.  Most importantly you must have impeccable communication with the team and our clients. Attention to detail mentality is necessary and expected. The position will require working from checklists, management of multiple schedules, social media marketing, email marketing, listing management, home staging design and coordination, listing input, and managing the day to day needs of our listing clients and listing agents. The schedule is Monday-Friday (20-30 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, clients, and vendors in written and verbal form
  • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented, while remaining flexible and adaptable as situations change.
  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
  • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with clients and is able to build rapport
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must work from a schedule and checklists
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Trello and Mail Chimp
  • Understanding of Social Media
  • Knowledge in setting up and managing marketing campaigns
  • Maintain a positive attitude during stressful transactions
  • Confident phone voice
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Must have an Oregon Driver’s License
  • Photography, video and basic graphic design skills required
  • Copy writing

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work from a check list and be held accountable
  • Design and produce marketing for all listings (photos, flyers, social advertisements, etc.)
  • Communicate with client database in Follow Up Boss
  • Manage the online presence of all listings via MLS and other online portals
  • Be an accountability partner with the sales team
  • Attend prescribed training
  • Attend weekly team meeting (Wednesday 8:15 AM – 9:00 AM)
  • Manage 20-40 listings at any given time
  • Willingness to continue to learn and set up systems to improve client care and production
  • Complete weekly calls to all Listing Clients

Compensation
$14 - $17 (DOE)
