We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who values truth over spin and who knows how to manage projects and delegate to designers on a fast-paced team. Does this sound like you? With an ear for language and an eye for design, you’re a natural creative with a penchant for business-savvy writing. We want an experienced content marketer who knows how to build campaigns—print, digital, and email (and has a proven history of doing so)—basically, someone who lives and breathes fresh marketing opportunities. Your attention to detail must be impeccable, but you must also have a creative edge that sets you apart from the competition. Your project management skills are top-notch as you will be handling the flow of work to the designers.

Location/commute: San Francisco, CA

Type of employment/hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with occasional flexibility on evenings and weekends required.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000, Competitive salary based on experience

Benefits: Annual performance bonus, PTO and sick days, health and dental, 401k

Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing channels and branding efforts (email marketing, company website, internet marketing, social media, graphic design work)

• Develop and communicate reports to ensure that Marketing tactics and efforts are in alignment with company vision

• Develop digital PR strategies to increase company’s market perception and awareness in the marketplace

• Handle listing to closing process along with being the internal point of contact to ensure all marketing materials are crafted smoothly and effectively

• Manage eblast platform list management (segmentation), with consistent and ongoing growth of eblast lists

• Report marketing metrics weekly and make actionable recommendations based on reports

• Train and mentor agents on effective social media strategies and content 

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the latest design tools offered by Adobe and Microsoft, and a virtual obsession with current trends in SEO. In other words, you understand that just because you build it doesn’t mean they will come. You have to able to read into analytics (FB ads, Google analytics, etc.) to determine whether we need to pivot our marketing/advertising strategy or focus our attention on what’s working.  

As a social media wizard, you know how to create a social media firestorm from initial design to final execution. You know a good value when you see it and you know how to negotiate price. You have an ability to pinpoint what makes a property unique and know how to emphasize the quality details that set it apart from local comps. You’ll demonstrate creativity within constraints and have an ability produce a range of marketing materials on the fly (often under tight deadlines during our busy season!).

Compensation
