Immediate opening for a sharp, creative, salary-based, multi-talented administrative/marketing type person for Marketing Coordinator at a local mortgage branch.

Do you enjoy talking on the phone, designing and implementing fun mailers/e-mails, assist in video production, event planning, social media marketing, website building, and business-to-business relationship building? If so, then this may be the perfect job for you.

 A busy but fun-oriented mortgage branch is looking for someone to manage and implement all of the various marketing campaigns. A great attitude, hard work ethic and creative mind is required. Do not be concerned about your knowledge level of the mortgage industry-we will train. More important is the overall approach to taking the bull by the horns and supercharging the marketing for the branch.

Responsibilities
  • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
  • Regularly update social media and respond to followers
  • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current

  • Shoot and edit videos
  • Compile and execute business to business events/campaigns, social media campaigns and other online presence

A typical day looks like this:

  • 9:00-11:00 Inside phone calls to schedule appointments, update clients, call clients and referral partners for friendly follow-up
  • 11:00-12:00 Work on websites, outbound publications, event management
  • 1:00-2:00 Develop, create and carry through mailers to clients
  • 2:00- 5:00 Shoot and edit videos, compile and execute business to business events/campaigns, social media campaigns and other online presence

Qualifications
  • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
  • Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity

  • This position requires a well-rounded individual who is not only creative but has no problem speaking on the phone for up to two hours a day. If you're a go-getter that likes working in a professional but fun atmosphere, then please apply
  • You must have experience in various facets of online marketing, website management, direct mail, direct e-mail, trade show management, public relations, press release writing, be comfortable on the phones and campaign management. Must have impeccable communication skills

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
