The Marketing Coordinator manages The Glassman Group's comprehensive marketing plan for all listings, and for the overall promotion of The Glassman Group. 

Part-time position with flexible hours Monday-Friday. 

Responsibilities

  • Create property marketing material including door hangers, brochures, maps, flyers, postcards, invitations, E-Newsletter, and website design and more
  • Coordinate mailings with printing/mail house company
  • Maintain various mailing lists and spread sheets
  • Prepare and send out weekly marketing reports
  • Maintain company websites while updating online listing information

Qualifications

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point
  • Ability to learn various marketing enhancing software, such as but not limited to BombBomb.com, snagit.com


Compensation
$18.00 hourly
