In need of high energy, positive results-driven marketing professionals to manage and execute the team's marketing and social media plan. This includes overseeing as well as executing each component of the team's marketing plan, the marketing plan for each listing, all lead generation programs, and the systems to track and cultivate leads generated. You will lead the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. This person must be friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a very fast-paced environment. This position will be an integral part of the management team and will report to the owner of the company. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the brand and full marketing plan and all of its components
  • Manage and execute the marketing plan for each listing 
  • Administer all sales and marketing technology and systems 
  • Create and maintain a social media marketing plan
  • Run and maintain our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
  • Oversee, update, and maintain the CRM system 
  • Create and upload all new construction listings into the MLS system
  • Manage new construction listings and marketing materials 
  • Develop and host monthly marketing presentations for team meetings
  • Maintain and execute current processes in place and develop and implement updates as needed 
  • Design marketing collateral for each listing and for team branding as needed
  • Develop, implement, and execute a new social media plan 
  • Report our monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Related Degree 
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
  • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, excellent project management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
  • Customer service focus and relationship-driven, with great communication skills
  • Real estate experience/knowledge is a plus
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their agents up to sell

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000
