In need of a high-energy, positive, results-driven marketing professional to assist a top real estate team. This person must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a very fast-paced environment. This person must have a track record of success in marketing or customer service and will be able to showcase their talent. This position will be an integral part of the operations team and requires precision and creativity at the same time. This person will serve as a great first impression and will be the point person for the team. Are you hard-working and detail-oriented? Love systems, processes, and procedures?   • Assisting and supporting the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance
  • Assist in managing the brand and full marketing plan and all of its components
  • Maintain relationships and coordinate with all internal and external vendors to fully prepare listings from pre-listing to hitting the market
  • Manage and execute the marketing plan for each listing including photography, 3-D virtual tours, listing descriptions, brochures, floor plans, or virtual staging
  • Maintain, coordinate and execute marketing specific systems/processes along with the Operations Department
  • Assisting and supporting multiple Agents with whatever they need
  • Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience
  • Develop and/or maintain monthly newsletters, ongoing drip campaigns, team website/blog, product marketing of listings and agents including e-blasts and direct mail
  • Nurture and enhance relationships with past client database as well as new clients
  • Develop, implement, manage and execute new and ongoing social media plans


  • Must be assertive and persistent with the ability to follow tasks through to completion
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly responsive 
  • Must be creative and coachable with a strong ability to follow direction 
  • Extensive knowledge in social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns
  • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc. 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe products and Canva. Graphic Design experience is a plus
  • Video curation/compilation experience or interest desirable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their Agents up to sell


  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
