In need of a high-energy, positive, results-driven Marketing Manager to assist a top real estate team that is growing rapidly throughout the Tampa Bay area. The candidate must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a very fast-paced environment. This person must have a track record of success in marketing and be able to showcase their talent. This position will be an integral part of the team and requires precision and creativity at the same time. This individual is responsible for managing all social media accounts and websites as well as creating marketing content including but not limited to internet ads, event fliers, listing descriptions, agent business cards, and yard signs. They will also ensure all social accounts are current, updated and posts are scheduled daily for all team members.

• Assist and support the leadership team in meeting all business goals related to marketing, branding, and event-related activities
• Manage the brand and full marketing plan with regard to our current and future growth strategies
• Design marketing collateral for Realtors on the team
• Develop, implement, and execute a new social media plan
• Write social media content that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
• Develop and maintain team website, marketing of listings and agents including e-blasts, and direct mail
• Manage monthly client events and gifts

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or related experience
• Experience and knowledge of the Real Estate industry
• Knowledge of how to execute social media strategy and implement social media campaigns
• Ability to learn new cloud-based software programs including Canva, CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc.
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest tools and applications
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality
• Must be customer service focused
• This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. He or she must be flexible with what they view their job duties to be in order to support a rapidly growing real estate firm
