Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing real estate business.

The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management.

In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Market all listings, open houses, and price improvements on all social media platforms. All platforms include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and YouTube.
  • Organically grow our social media community and manage integrated marketing strategy with ad creation and strategic flyers. Assist with developing a marketing plan.
  • Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new listings. Tailor posts to match platforms' unique styles and content formats.
  • Work closely with head team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve company marketing goals.
  • Assist in optimizing content for SEO best practices.
  • Generate email blasts, direct mailing materials, and marketing calendars. Utilize property marketing tools.
  • Execute standard operating procedures to ensure appropriate support and marketing of all programs to team of Real Estate agents.
  • Monitor all social media content.
  • Create content for the specific subject of the social media platform.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude

  • Excellent writing, editing (text/photo/video), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with digital ad trafficking/campaign management a plus.
  • Understand social media trends across different platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok (i.e. how to use Instagram story vs Instagram Reel)
  • Experience with Adobe, Canva, and/or other editing video, photos, etc programs.

Compensation
$15 - $16
