A Marketing Coordinator oversees the marketing campaigns and branding techniques for our team, from brainstorming ideas to implementing large-scale plans. A Marketing Coordinator will manage print marketing, social media marketing, oversee our company website, and any other miscellaneous items that fall under the marketing umbrella. 

We are looking for someone who is available full time, the right candidate will be assertive, outgoing, organized, detailed, ambitious, confident, goal-driven, and results-oriented. • Must attend daily admin Zoom call (Mon @ 11:00am PST, Tues-Fri @ 10:30am PST)
• Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion
• Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and company website
• Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent
• Marketing pieces (Orange County Housing Report, Just Listed/Just Sold mailers, social media posts, etc.)
• Put together marketing materials such as market reports, property brochures, just listed and just sold flyers
• Facilitating projects with our Virtual Assistant
• Assist on various miscellaneous projects/tasks as needed

• Proven skillset in social media
• Excellent track record in marketing and sales performance
• Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
• Demonstrate professionalism both in-person and on the phone
• Proficient in Adobe (video editing, graphic design, photoshop, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in a Real Estate office is a plus but not required
