Our Marketing Manager will possess a passion for design and will be well versed in targeted audience campaigns, content creation, and providing exceptional service to clients and agents alike. Our ideal candidate will be a creative, organized self-starter with a personable and enthusiastic outlook. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the branding and standards of team and listing marketing are upheld. The Marketing Manager is 100% committed to supporting the team in achieving great and greater levels of success and growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. They will fuel growth for themselves by creating and implementing marketing systems and processes that make the business efficient and effective in their marketing presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and audit CRM database
  • Design & implement CRM campaigns
  • Build & manage aftercare engagement plans for past clients
  • Create Marketing plans and collateral around client events
  • Develop overall marketing strategy & execution
  • Build & manage marketing calendar
  • Drive engagement with Team websites
  • Responsible for all social media content & engagement (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Ability to maintain a strong, consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, project management, and initiative skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong computer skills — including MS Office, Google Apps, databases, spreadsheets, and social media — as well as applications to generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and managing projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle time-sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a positive, friendly, and supportive attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, diplomacy, integrity, and accountability
  • Produce detailed Marketing for property listings
  • Communicate with clients regularly with updates relevant to scheduling, marketing, and feedback
  • Review Annual/Monthly/Weekly Goals
  • Time management
  • Set goals & execution plans
  • Market client events
  • Direct all client pop-bys & nurture plans
  • Drive engagement with the Team website
  • Listing management
  • Generate ideas for video content
  • Support team with door-knocking marketing needs

Compensation
$50,000-$60,000
