We’re in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our real estate team in accomplishing our marketing objectives. - Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
- Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
- Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
- Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
- Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
- Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
- Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
- 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field preferred
$13 - $16 hourly
