We’re looking for a marketing team member to join our tight-knit team of professionals in our efforts to continue building our brand. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in shooting and editing videos and photos for both internal and external use. Skilled in coordinating and implementing marketing projects; with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand promotion, and video production.

Responsibilities

  • Update social media on all platforms used by The Camacho Team. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) on a daily basis - run our social media accounts and respond to all messages/inquiries
  • Create/Integrate new social media pages/profiles as necessary. 
  • Help to keep the database up to date on various platforms.
  • Maintain The Camacho Team websites.
  • Create material for our monthly social media videos.
  • Shooting and editing videos and photos for both internal and external use.
  • Motivating/ Involved with our weekly videos.
  • Coordinate open houses and create marketing material. (phone calls may be required)
  • Coordinate meetings with our local business partners (videos on social media)
  • Create/participate with marketing material to distribute to local business partners.
  • Research local events that The Camacho Team can take part in, create marketing material for these such events, etc.
  • Engage and stay up to date with the local market.
  • Assist/create marketing material for upcoming listings, price reductions, just sold, etc.
  • Get involved with mailers to our farming area and expiring listings.
  • Oversee website mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent accurate information
  • Report our monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and idea suggestions for optimization
  • Assist with creating training tutorials for internal team members
  • Create a calendar for all events.
  • Travel may be required, (valid DL is required).
  • Attend our Team meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
  • Play a key role on the marketing team with advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies

Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of current market trends
  • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity

  • Must have videographer, photographer, and editing experience
  • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
  • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
  • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing/brand management or related field

Compensation
$13 - $15 hourly
