We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all print and digital channels. 

The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, organized and have a deep passion for what they do. You must be a self-starter that is a constant self-learner.

Responsibilities

• Creative, dynamic individual able to spearhead marketing strategy for luxury real estate team

• Must have experience in managing Facebook Business Manager and Ads Dashboard including:

  • Creating and managing various Facebook Ad campaigns with multiple objectives including web traffic, post engagement, and lead generation
  • Use creative assets to draft mockups in Facebook Creative Hub
  • Establish and manage a monthly Facebook Ads budget
  • Create Saved, Custom and Lookalike Audiences for strategic targeting
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified is a big plus

• Experience in working with creative partners to establish monthly social calendars

• Able to research competitors and establish new social media strategies based on business goals

• Able to manage creative assets within Google Drive

• Should have access to various vendors and be able to coordinate video marketing shoots

• Experience in creating social analytics /insights reporting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

  • Must be able to create new strategies based on these findings

• Strong writing skills for content creation, including writing monthly newsletters, promotional email blasts and scripts for videos

• Update website and all social media channels regularly

• Schedule and design direct mailer campaigns (2-4 mailers per month)

• Responsible for creating all printed marketing materials according to brand standards


Qualifications

Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Mailchimp, and Wordpress is a strong plus

$50,000+ Based on Experience
