The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Marketing Manager in the creation, organization, execution, and supervision of strategies and campaigns to develop and maintain client relationships and recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, innovative, excited about digital marketing, and passionate about building long-lasting relationships through visual storytelling. This person is analytical, open to change, and excited to grow and learn with our organization!

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, including engagement results, customer insights, market research, and marketing trends
  • Develop digital content (visual assets, website, organic/paid social media, newsletters, etc.) across existing and emerging platforms, in support of marketing strategy
  • Manage and grow the Laurie Reader Podcast
  • Possess passion and curiosity to expand your marketing skills, continuously seek out opportunities and ideas to strengthen our brand
  • Social media content development and platform management including photos and copy
  • Works closely with the Marketing Manager to execute Marketing plans, analyze results, and shift where necessary
  • Ideate, create, and execute culturally relevant and targeted campaigns that are fun, disruptive, and innovative
  • Create new agent onboarding marketing materials
  • Maintains email lists, executes email campaign strategy, and analyses results.
  • Develop the monthly internal newsletter
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to plan events, partnerships, media development, and content scheduling
  • Captures video and photography as needed, often in the field
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or content development
  • Experience managing a variety of projects and achieving results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Design experience using Adobe Suite and Canva
  • Email marketing experience

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
  • Practical experience and understanding of marketing processes and problem-solving
  • Digital marketing or social media management experience
  • 2-3 years brand marketing or agency experience
