The main objective of this position is to continually improve/update, create & maintain our various marketing channels. This is not a sales position.  We need you to drive in business through brand awareness and creative marketing efforts that offers the American dream.  This position is full-time, 40 hours a week. The Marketing Coordinator position will be on-site in our Carlsbad office.

• Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
• Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
• Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
• Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
• Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization

• Managing our marketing calendar and ensuring we are hitting all of our marketing goals
• Develop and maintain in-house marketing materials
• Develop, write, and manage content for multiple mediums
• Grow social media accounts and update website information with engaging and creative content
• Create and send mailers and market updates
• Work to generate brand awareness and promote the organization
• Represent company to clients, peer organizations, and business associates in events
• Plan and execute events (ie:Happy Hours, Lunch Learns, Award Banquet’s, etc.)
• Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
• Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
• Perform other duties as may be assigned

• Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
• Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity

• Creativity and an eye for design style is an absolute must
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Photoshop)
• Video Editing Skills
• Canva and other image-creating programs as necessary
• Strong Attention to detail
• Excellent written interpersonal communication skills
• Positive attitude, team player with strong work ethic
• Ability to manage time to meet multiple deadlines
