The Marketing Coordinator will have a basic understanding of the important keys of marketing, sales, and customer service play in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced Real Estate team. The candidate must be creative, well-organized, self-starter, personable, and enthusiastic. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the marketing plan is well planned and successful.

The Marketing Coordinator is 100% committed to supporting the team in achieving great and greater levels of success and growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team.

The Marketing Coordinator is proficient in: Squarespace, Adobe products, Google Suite, Microsoft, Video editing software, Canva, presentation tools.

  • Building the Database
  • Strong Understanding of Branding, ability to keep social networks on brand 
  • Content Creation: Creating purposeful drip campaigns that offer items of value
  • Newsletter Creation, Direct Mail Campaigns, Advertisements
  • Client Appreciation Events

  • Marketing/Advertising ROI Tracking
  • Graphic Design in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Facebook/Instagram: Organic and Paid, Ads Manager, Ads Targeting, Pixel Tracking, Custom Audiences, Lead Forms, Cost Per Lead, Insights
  • Video Marketing: Video creation, editing and marketing
  • Database Management
  • Manage scheduling, production and delivery of marketing material
  • Maintain marketing calendar 
  • Manage weekly client communications regarding marketing efforts
  • Manage team social media outlets: FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube
  • Re-purpose Stakeholder content
  • Blog, vlog
  • Using influencers
  • Prepare MLS/Brochure property listing descriptions
  • Attend photography appointments for listings, as necessary
  • Download, resize, store media (photos, video, matterport)
  • Project management of Stakeholder Reports
  • Maintain website
  • Keep digital mailing lists updated
  • Prepare weekly Open House listings by neighborhood
  • Update Google maps with property sales
  • Develop list of press contacts and prepare regular press releases
  • Develop content – postcards, tag lines, broker blasts, neighborhood cards, brochures, listing packets, buyer packets, anniversary program items
  • Evaluate current marketing materials and update as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, branding, social media management, and/or content creation
  • High-level communication skills and the ability to convey information verbally and in writing
  • Experience in Facebook/Instagram/Google paid ads preferred
  • Ability to manage many projects at once while meeting strict deadlines
  • Experience in brand management and development
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently

Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000
