The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator within the company is to relieve the Owner, Marketing Manager, and other designated staff of marketing tasks so the owner can concentrate on higher-value tasks, and other staff can focus on their specific areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the firm’s back-end marketing system to ensure customer service and top-of-mind awareness
  • At the direction of the Marketing Manager or Owner, create Client Alert emails and/or mailers to clients on specific topics related to them
  • Working with Marketing Manager, develop and execute bi-annual client survey and request for referrals/reviews for all current clients
  • Develop marketing materials for targeted audiences. All content to be reviewed by the marketing manager and/or Owner before publication
  • Graphic design and content development of marketing brochures
  • Monthly newsletters for all entities
  • Marketing emails for all entities as requested by Marketing Manager or Expo Manager
  • Drafting of blogs
  • Drafting and updating of Attorney bios
  • Assisting the Training Manager in the production of Training Academy videos and content
  • Assisting the Trade Show & Exhibitions Manager in the production of Expo materials, ordering of giveaways, and other marketing-related tasks as needed
  •  Keep the Client related sections of the Firm’s website and social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Linked In accounts) up-to-date and fresh
  • Using a social media calendaring system – schedule social postings weekly for all entities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, workshops, and company events as required by the Marketing Manager, Owner, and/or Firm Administrator. Draft and execute marketing drip email campaigns for each
  • Keep abreast of the Firm’s social calendar and ongoing and upcoming projects and programs so as to be able to inform prospective clients and to answer questions from staff
  • The Marketing Coordinator will at all times maintain the Firm’s marketing documents and materials (electronic and paper) in centralized locations that are accessible to the Owner and Firm Administrator
  • Participate in weekly marketing/sales staff team meetings. Lead by example with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Comply with all rules and regulations as stated in the Firm’s Policies and Procedures

Qualifications

  • The Marketing Coordinator should have an educational background in marketing at the Associates’ Degree level or should have work experience in marketing at an equivalent level
  • One to three years of experience working in marketing is preferred
  • Experience using social media
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing programs preferred

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
