We are one of the top Real Estate Team looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to manage social media accounts and to take on big projects. You will be utilizing social media and creating content with the main goal to attract leads, and then take those leads and pass them off to Sales Agents. This position is commission based and you will get a percentage of every lead that converts to a client. Looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, and great on social media.

• Mirror successors to generate interest and leads to our posts
• Manage multiple Social Media pages by responding to clients incoming questions
• Lead generate through social media with quick replies as time kills deals
• Create systems for follow-up and connections with potential clients
• Convert leads to appointments and pass along to Sales Agent
• Communication skills are important - you will be communicating on the phone as well as through text
• Good eye for marketing and keeping alignment with our brand

• Proficient in Social Media platforms such as, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc
• SEO experience and ability to increase views and clicks online
• Proficient in Canva
• Proficient in GSuite
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to time block and to stay on task
• Needs to deliver projects on time and with a high degree of excellence
