We are looking for a ​​proactive, motivated, and coachable individual to fill a full-time marketing assistant position. This position will be located 50/50 at our Utah base in American Fork. 50% of the time from their own home and 50% in the office. Days at home and in the office will vary from week to week. Training is mandatory in the office for the first 2-3 months. Applicant must have their own internet connection and computer.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

Manage company social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

• Short-form video, reels
• Daily posting

Email marketing:

• Plan, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Drip campaigns
• Monthly investor reports 

Managing an operational podcast:

• Advertising 
• Special guest bookings 
• Email management 

Content creation:

• Creation of Presentations
• Creation of Newsletters
• Creation of Flyers

Organization of documents

Handling scheduling of multiple calendars

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently to achieve results
• ​​Proven, previous company-level social media, digital presence management, and digital advertising experience
• Strong work ethic
• Professional proactive demeanor
• Must reside locally
• Proficiency with using technology for business purposes
• Ability to think creatively and work effectively on projects from start to finish
