We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, print, and brand promotion. Responsibilities
  • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
  • Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
  • Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
  • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
  • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current

  • Oversee online and print marketing efforts
  • Assist with marketing and graphic design projects
  • Available during office hours: Monday - Friday (9 am - 5 pm)
  • Basic front desk operations: answer mainline, greet clients/visitors, distribute mail, etc
  • Scanning checks for deposit into bank account
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
  • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
  • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
  • Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
  • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape

  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Prior experience in office management or real estate industry is a plus
  • 1-year minimum experience using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  • 2 years of front desk management and data entry experience
  • Candidate should be comfortable with public speaking and willing to record videos of self for product promotion
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a MUST
  • Experience in Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Multi-Browser Support
  • Ability to provide good judgment in order to proactively and independently solve problems and make decisions with minimum supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, good phone manners, and ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Reliable form of transportation

Compensation
$17 - $25 hourly
