We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to ensure all sales and marketing initiatives are coordinated and followed through. The ideal candidate can conduct independent research, while also drafting campaigns and content that engages potential clients. Other responsibilities include administrative work. This will include outreach to customers and leads, maintaining our sales pipeline, scheduling, making travel arrangements, and reporting. Most importantly, we want someone who cares about helping people.

As a start-up, we are still a young company with only a half dozen employees. As such, there will be plenty of opportunities to work on other facets of the company and a lot of room for growth.

Marketing

• Draft communication and campaigns, such as emails, phone, SMS, and social media to stay in touch with potential clients
• Assist with research, writing, and posting articles, updates, and opportunities to our blog and social accounts
• Develop and Manage all company social media accounts including LinkedIn
• Develop and Coordinate all direct mail campaigns
• Coordinate video campaigns with vendors and team

Administrative

• Assist President on follow-ups with leads, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Assist with travel arrangements and reservations
• Research potential new leads 
• Develop marketing reports
• Develop and maintain a promotional events calendar
• Track and maintain budget for events, promotions, sponsorships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred
• 1-3 years working in sales or marketing
• Proficient in all Google applications and Hubspot software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
