We are looking for a Marketing Associate to help with a variety of responsibilities while having the freedom to work on their own and without being micro-managed. The pay range will depend on your experience and background. We need someone who is a go-getter, self-starter, an efficient multi-tasker, great with people, has a positive attitude, and loves being the best. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, and you would be located in our office in Burlington, WA.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are centered around supporting and promoting the loan officer. Major marketing responsibilities will include social media management, creating and managing marketing campaigns, B2B and B2C relationship building, database management, event planning, and coordination, setting appointments, and more.
Another major responsibility will be placing phone calls to referral partners and clients and following up with them on a regular basis. There will also be some administrative tasks such as errands, expense management, ordering supplies, and answering phones.
Being adaptable and efficient is very important for this position as well as being great at follow-up. You should pay attention to detail and stay on top of tasks with ease. Chances are you're an organizational and technological whiz. You like to set up systems that make an office run more efficiently. You know your way around the Internet and can figure out new ways to use it to keep in touch with clients. You’re great at building rapport and gathering information when needed while remaining confidential.
Do not be concerned about your knowledge level of the mortgage industry – we will train you! More important is the overall approach to taking the bull by the horns and supercharging the marketing efforts.
You ideally have at least two years of marketing experience, two years of outbound phone experience, and one year of college. Impeccable communication skills and phone skills are a MUST!
We need someone that is comfortable making follow-up calls and talking over the phone. Some of these calls will be to referral partners we are not currently working with, so you must have confidence and the ability to reach out. We want our customers and partners to feel super impressed and “wowed” after dealing with our company.
