Love selling a brand? We need you! Montana Good Life Properties is looking for a motivated self-­starter who is passionate about marketing and social media to join our dynamic and fast growing real estate team in Bozeman, Montana.

This is a part-time position with no benefits, with an opportunity for growth within our brokerage.

The Social Media/Marketing position is responsible for generating traffic to new and existing home communities and clients both current and future by creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities; creating content and managing social media channels; maintaining inventory of branding collateral materials; planning events, meetings and in-person events; developing and maintaining social media campaign timelines. You will be intimately involved in helping our brokerage communicate the value we bring to the community.

Our Social Media/Marketing Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. Updating current marketing materials also will be required. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing and managing a variety of Facebook ad campaigns from beginning to end. Responsibilities will include conceptualizing the campaign, developing and executing all ads, and analyzing ad performance and results. We want a highly productive social media person!

  • Research our brand and determine best demographics and markets to target
  • Research competition and differentiate from others
  • Collaborate with broker to create regular marketing schedule on social media
  • Curate and create unique content that supports our real estate lifestyle brand 

Ideally located in our region, but remote applicants are considered only if you meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and posting unique content on social media for a brand (not just personal stuff)
  • An understanding of brand differentiation and how to cultivate it
  • Complete comfort with using online apps such as Canva, Photoshop, etc to create graphics for posting
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager interface
  • Ability to craft written content that sounds fresh and aligns with our goals
  • Experience with a real estate company or related business is ideal
  • Ability to provide current samples of social media successes you have created or collaborated on
$11 -$14 / hour depending on experience
