This person should have strong writing skills and will work closely with the operations team to ensure cohesive, prompt, and informative brand messaging for all business needs internally as well as externally.

The Marketing + Graphic Design Coordinator is part of a dynamic team that also plans and coordinates special events and facilitates marketing projects with advertising and social media. In this role, it is imperative to be able to multi-task and adapt to constantly changing priorities.

High standards of the role include the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all organizational levels, and a willingness to assume ownership of tasks. The individual in this role will be involved in producing and organizing multiple marketing deliverables, including administrative tasks, generating data-driven information/analytical reports, and creative support functions. This position will include both office and field duties.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
  • Regularly update social media and respond to followers
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
  • Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
  • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design internal and external marketing collateral, including writing copy and taglines, and captions for digital, social media, email and event marketing, etc.
  • Design slide decks and presentations
  • Support marketing collateral development, including (but not limited to) client presentations (listing and buyer)
  • Launch paid promotional ads on social media and Google
  • Create and launch campaigns to capture 5-star client testimonials
  • Support marketing database development, maintenance, and administration
  • Assist with creating graphics for internal departments.
  • Develop social media content
  • Coordinate and help manage marketing campaigns for in-progress and completed projects
  • Coordinate and assist with client special events and volunteering events
  • Assist with event marketing and coordination when needed
  • Coordinate with marketing vendors
  • Attend and contribute to daily huddles
  • Maintain calendar of events and publish on social media
  • Maintain and monitor social media presence
  • Maintain digital document sets (hardcopies as needed) (recruiting, new agent hire, listing, sale, tenant, buyer, etc.)
  • Ensure all systems and technology are in working order each day
  • Directly contribute to the culture and community of the tea

Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of current market trends
  • Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
  • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
  • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills

Knowledge/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in marketing, communications, or technical field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Canva
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Canva
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • 2+ years experience in a professional marketing department
  • Graphic design experience and interest a plus
  • Self-directed professional with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills and internal and external client-service mindset
  • Solid prioritization skills, excellent follow-through, as well as the ability to operate independently while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality work product
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform reliably in a hybrid role, with expectations of both in-person and remote work and visits to client office sites as required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • In office with option for 1 flex day to work from home

Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience
