We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help with a variety of responsibilities while having the freedom to work on their own and without being micro-managed. The pay range will depend on your experience and background. We need someone who is a go-getter, self-starter, an efficient multi-tasker, great with people, has a positive attitude and loves being the best. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks which are centered around supporting and promoting the loan officer. Major marketing responsibilities will include event planning and coordination, social media management, database management, creating and managing marketing campaigns, B2B and B2C relationship building, setting appointments and more. Another major responsibility will be placing phone calls to referral partners and clients and following up with them on a regular basis. There will also be some administrative tasks such as errands, expense management, ordering supplies and answering phones.

Being adaptable and efficient is very important for this position as well as being great at follow-up. You should pay attention to detail and stay on top of tasks with ease. Chances are you're an organizational and technological whiz. You like to set up systems that make an office run more efficiently. You know your way around the internet and can figure out new ways to use it to keep in touch with clients. You’re great at building rapport and gathering information when needed while remaining confidential.

Do not be concerned about your knowledge level of the mortgage industry – we will train you! More important is the overall approach to taking the bull by the horns and supercharging the marketing efforts.

You ideally have at least two years marketing experience, two years outbound phone experience and one year of college. Impeccable communication skills and phone skills are a MUST! We need someone that is comfortable making follow up calls and talking over the phone. Some of these calls will be to referral partners we are not currently working with, so you must have confidence and the ability to reach out. We want our customers and partners to feel super impressed and “wowed” after dealing with our company. Only apply if you want to be part of a fast-growing team who really cares about their clients.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for assisting with all aspects of business growth and referrals
  • Daily Success Plan Management – Helping the Loan Officer 
  • Daily phone calls to database, realtors referral sources and past clients
  • Daily handwritten personal notes to database and referral partners
  • Birthday cards and Thank you cards
  • “Thinking about you” and “Congratulations” cards
  • Face to Face with realtors and other referral partners
  • Flyers for realtors such as List Reports
  • Make sure weekly “Just Ask” status calls are done
  • Lunch Learn classes for real estate agents
  • Database management – keeping the CRM up to date
  • Pop-By’s (Ideas/Prep, Deliver Track)
  • Nurture past clients, sending monthly mailers, quarterly calls and weekly emails
  • Thank you gifts after closing
  • Social Media (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, You tube, Google, Yelp, Zillow)
  • Video Tip recording and upload to Virtual Assistant
  • Following up with clients to get reviews
  • Coordinate special events for client appreciation
  • Create campaigns to market to other professionals such as – CPA’s, attorneys, banks, insurance agents
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly and with discretion
  • Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc.
  • Willing to work some evenings and weekends
  • Communicate clearly both written and verbally
Compensation
$32,000 - $40,000
