In need of a high-energy, positive, results-driven Marketing Assistant to assist a top real estate team in the Tacoma-Puyallup area. This person must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a very fast-paced environment. This person must have a track record of success in marketing or customer service and will be able to showcase their talent. This position will be an integral part of the operations team and requires precision and creativity at the same time. This individual is responsible for managing all social media accounts as well as creating marketing content including but not limited to event fliers, class promotions, and agent business cards and signs. They will ensure all social accounts are current, updated and posts are scheduled daily. Are you creative, hard-working, and detail-oriented? Enjoy a fast-paced work environment with lots to do? This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting and supporting the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance
  • Manage the brand and full marketing plan and all of its components with regard to our current and future listings
  • Design marketing collateral for each listing and for team branding as needed
  • Develop, implement, and execute a new social media plan
  • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
  • Develop and/or maintain monthly newsletters, ongoing drip campaigns, team website/blog, product marketing of listings and agents including e-blasts and direct mail
  • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
  • Cooperate with marketing staff to achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
  • Regularly update social media and respond to followers
  • Drive social media/electronic marketing plan
  • Develop and implement creative marketing initiatives


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related degree
  • Knowledge or desire to learn how to execute social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns
  • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including Canva, CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc. 
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) - Considered after a 90-day period
  • Bonuses - Considered after a 90-day period
  • Rapid growth potential
