Victorian Finance
The primary purposes of this position are to assist the Marketing Department in providing internal support for new and current Loan Officers and their marketing/advertising needs, to learn and offer support to new and existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Interact regularly with assigned staff to determine marketing and advertising needs
- Assist in creating and assembling marketing materials and communication projects
- Maintain awareness of inventory levels and notify the Marketing Manager when materials are needed
- Comply with Victorian Finance, LLC policy, as well as industry regulations
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
- Work REALTOR® events
- Assist REALTORS® with on-boarding to our systems
Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year related marketing experience
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Google files, and email automation

Compensation
$15 - $17 hourly
